What’s the minimum order quantity?
For screen printing, the minimum is 24 pieces per design. For embroidery, it’s 12. Promo products vary by item — some start at 25, others at 250. Just ask and we’ll tell you straight.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after you approve the artwork and the garments arrive in the shop. Big orders or unusual products can run longer, and we’ll always tell you up front.
Can you do a rush order?
Often, yes. We’ve turned jobs around in 48 hours when we had to. Call us with the deadline and we’ll tell you what’s possible — no surprises.
What art file formats do you accept?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are best because they scale without losing quality. We also accept high-res .PNG, .TIFF, and .JPG files. If you only have a logo from your website, send it anyway — most of the time we can rebuild it in-house.
What resolution do my files need to be?
For raster artwork, we’d like to see 300 DPI at the size it’ll print. Anything lower and the edges start to look fuzzy. When in doubt, send what you have and we’ll let you know.
Do you keep our artwork on file?
Yes. Once we run a job for you, the artwork lives in our system. Reorders are easy — just tell us what you want and how many.
Can you match PMS colors?
Yes, we mix to PMS for screen printing whenever brand color accuracy matters. Embroidery uses thread colors, which we match to your PMS as closely as the thread library allows.
What’s the Life-of-Garment Guarantee?
If the print or stitching ever fails on a garment we decorated — cracks, peels, threads coming loose — we’ll redo it. For the life of the garment. We’re confident in our work and we stand behind it.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the U.S. and we have plenty of experience with military and government deliveries (including drop-shipping to bases and ships).
